I made this photo while in Anguilla, Netherlands Antilles. It was a late afternoon with the sun low on the horizon with maybe 20 minutes left of good light. This young boy was walking alone along the beach, and his mother (I assume) was calling him back to go home. The sand was silky smooth, and as he was walking near the water his footsteps were being washed away with every wave. The conditions were perfect for a silhouette shot.
