Here's another from the "Tornado Sky" series. It still astonishes me to see this sky, a sky I had never seen before that day and have yet to see to this day.
From my first post of the series dated 04-05-2006:
"First, I did NOT alter any colors in this image. I made this photo last week during a Tornado Watch/Warning. This was one of the most unique skies I have ever seen, and I have seen many and in many different countries. There was only a small patch of blue sky near the horizon and setting sun, which not only produced this gorgeous and awe-inspiring sky, but cast a blue hue to almost everything (which was nothing like I had ever seen before either). I think these beautiful colors backdropped against the silhouetted trees works very well. Oh, and a tornado touched down a few miles down the road...just thought I should mention that."
